1/4 lb. butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. ripe mashed bananas
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. sour cream
1 handful of mini choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Combine the dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture. Blend well. Add bananas, vanilla and sour cream and chips. Stir.

Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 14 minutes.
