A medium sized chuck roast
1 small bottle of Catalina French Dressing
1 bottle of green olives
About 8 small, red potatoes
1/2 to 1 onion (depending on your preference)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat on all sides in a little oil. Place in a dish
and pour about half of the bottle of Catalina french
dressing on top. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
Place around the sides of the dish. Pour the remainder
of the french dressing on top of the meat and potatoes.
Add sliced onion rings and green olives. Cook for 3-4
hours at 350º or 375º.

I had to add this recipe even though I wasn't able to
contact my mom to get the exact measurements. This
makes a great Sunday meal.
