3 c. Flour
tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
tsp. Vanilla extract
tsp. Almond extract
1 c. Butter

1. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powdered and salt. Cut butter into flour mixture, until resembles pea-sized crumbs.
2. Beat eggs until light yellow. Slowly pour sugar into beaten eggs. Then add vanilla and almond extracts.
3. Mix sugar/egg mixture into flour mixture until mixture starts to come together.
4. Form into 3 flattened balls. Place each ball between sheets of wax paper and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, but not overnight.
5. Take one ball of dough and roll out on a floured surface until inch thick. Cut out cookies into desired shape.
6. Bake for 5-8 minutes at 375 degrees or until edges are slightly brown. Cool completely.
7. Frost cookies as desired.
