1 C. butter
1/2 C milk
2 C quick oats
1 C sugar
3 T cocoa

Directions:
Melt butter over med heat.
Add milk, sugar and cocoa, mix well.
Bring to boil over high heat, boil 2 min. and remove from heat.
Immediately add oats. and drop by big spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool.

Bri and her friend, Elin Isaksen, used to make these every time they got together. These are an old standby when kids are desperate for sweets, and there's no time to bake.
