Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I used to make this spectacular dessert for special occasions. Then I lost the recipe for 15 years or so, hidden behind another recipe in a plastic recipe cover.
I only found it as I was typing these recipes into the cookbook-creation tool. To my great delight, there it was, lurking behind my wonderful Trifle recipe. Oh frabjous day!

This is wonderful -- makes any occasion seem splendid and somewhat over-the-top -- which is my preferred way of entertaining.
