18 Chicken Wings (preferably not previously frozen)
1 Onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
dash garlic powder
salt to taste
1 tsp gravy master to darken sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 4 qt sauce pan
add onions, garlic and fry until translucent
Add sugar, vinegar, and ketchup
Heat until bubbling stirring often
Add garlic salt and gravy master
Place chicken in 11 x 13 roasting pan
Spoon sauce over chicken
Place in 350º oven center rack
Bake between 90 and 120 minutes until sauce on the chicken is deep red almost black..Baste 3 to 4 times during cooking
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
Serve with jasmine rice ( pour sauce over rice too)
