1 large block of velveeta cheese;
1/2 onion diced;
1 can of diced tomatoes;
1 can of diced jalapenos;
1 tbsp of butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan; add jalapenos and saute for 2 more minutes. Add tomatoes and keep on low heat. Slice velveeta cheese and add one at a time constantly stirring as cheese melts. Keep stirring until all of the cheese has melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
