non-stick cooking spray or 1 tablespoon butter
1 stalk fresh kale (or 1 bag fresh spinach)
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray or melt butter over medium heat on stovetop. Add chopped garlic and stir. Add washed chopped kale or washed spinach (you can chop spinach if you want to, but you don't have to). Sautee on medium heat, stirring as needed until all of vegetables are slightly limp.
