2 lbs. mahi-mahi or other medium-textured saltwater fish, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Pico de Gallo (Central Market)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium red onion or swee onion, thinly sliced
8-10 Flour Tortillas
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
salsa, cheese, sour cream or other desired condiments

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the wok to medium-high.

Add olive oil and saute the garlic and onion until soft. Season with salt and pepper, then add fish cubes and cook for 5 minutes. Cover and turn off heat.

Warm tortillas and keep warm until ready to serve. Place fish in tortilla and sprinkle with cilantro, pico de gallo and sour cream or other condiments such as Central Market Mango Salsa.
