10 slices bread - remove crust
3 c. milk
1 T. dry parsley
3/4 t. dry mustard
2 c. ham, cut up
6 eggs
2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in buttered flat 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Scatter ham and cheese on bread. Follow with the eggs, milk, salt, parsley and mustard mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before. Fix the night before, refrigerate.
