1 store bought chocolate pie crust
(or make a graham cracker crust w/ chocolate graham
crackers, butter, and a little sugar)
8 oz. cream cheese (1/3 less fat kind)
1 can lowfat sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
3 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries


2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate (or chocolate chips
work too)
1/8-1/4 c. whipping cream (or milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy, then add
sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth. Add egg,
lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.

Arrange raspberries on the bottom of the pie crust. Slowly
pour cream cheese mixture over the raspberries. Bake at
350 for 30-35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.

Melt the chocolate squares or chocolate chips with the
whipping cream or milk in a saucepan over low heat. Garnish
cheesecake with chocolate glaze and a few rapberries. Chill.
