Pork
1 sliced onion
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
¾ can of milk
Potatoes
Butter
Flour
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in oil, which has been coated with flour, salt and pepper. Sauté onion slices with pork.
In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, slice peeled potatoes and top with butter (1/4 cube or so). Place browned pork and onions on top of the potatoes. In the same skillet that you cooked the pork add 1 can of mushroom soup and ¾ can milk. Bring to a boil and pour over the meat and potatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
