¼ cup margarine, melted
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
3 chicken breasts, cooked
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a shallow 2 qt. casserole with Pam. Combine margarine and cracker crumbs, blend well. Spoon half the mix into the casserole. Cube the chicken breasts cover the crumbs. Combine sour cream, soup, broth and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 20 – 30 minutes.
