1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. "Albers" yellow corn meal
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl beat eggs, then add milk and oil. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes.
