Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(2) 6.5 oz. packages of pizza crust mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbs. seasoned rice vinegar
2 tsp. sugar

~2 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
sliced green onions
matchstick carrots
1 small can of water chestnuts
sliced red bell pepper
mushrooms, sliced or chopped
~ 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the garlic powder in with the dry pizza crust mix, then
follow the instructions on the package for mixing the dough.
Press dough onto greased pizza pan.

Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar together.
They don't mix very easily...I usually have to use a little
electric stirrer (like you can put in a glass to mix chocolate
milk). Spread sauce over pizza dough.

Top with the chicken, vegetables and cheese. If you are in a
hurry I have thawed a frozen stir-fry mix and used that
instead of the fresh vegetables.

Bake according to directions on pizza dough mix.

Personal Notes:
This isn't quite as good as California Pizza Kitchen's, but it can
still satisfy the craving if you don't live close to one.
