Directions:
Mix biscuit mix, butter and milk to make a soft dough and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Mix sausages and green chili together and let stand until room temperature. When dough is ready, divide into two pieces and roll each into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Divide the sausage/chili mixture and spread evenly over the two pieces of dough. Roll each rectangle jelly-roll style and wrap in plastic wrap.

Freeze for 1 hour (no longer). Remove from freezer and slice 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick. At this point, either place the slices in a large plastic zip bag and refreeze, or place on very lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 375º for approximately 20-25 minutes.
