6 Medium Potatoes
6 Onions
1 C. Salt
4 lbs Fish Steaks, about 12 pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Heat 5 quarts of water to boil in a large double boiler. Place pot in basket and lower into boiling water. Cover. Bring back to boil. Add Potatoes, onions and salt and cover. Start on medium heat. Boil 18 minutes. Add fish and boil 12 minutes and test for doneness. Drain and serve.
