2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. olive oil
1 medium clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 tsp. salt
4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
Freshly ground black pepper
4 lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Whisk together the lime juice, Tabasco, olive oil, garlic and salt. Put the chicken on a rack in a baking pan and brush with the Tabasco mixture. Sprinkle lightly with pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes, brushing occasionally with the Tabasco mixture. Turn the oven to broil and continue to cook the chicken 2 to 3 inches from the heat source for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve with wedges of lime.
