1 lb. milk chocolate, broken or chopped
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Butter an 8-inch square pan. Place chocolate in a 2 quart glass measuring bowl with handle. Microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes; stir until melted.
Fold in marshmallows and nuts, stirring until well mixed. Pour into buttered pan. Refrigerate until set; cut into squares.
