Ingredients:  
1 ripe firm mango, peeled and diced
2 cups of fresh diced pineapple
1 tomato, diced
½ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained
1 fresh lime

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients into a container and squeeze the juice from a fresh lime over the top. Mix well, cover and refrigerate up to four days. Serve cold or hot, over fish or chicken.
