6 large potatoes, pared and diced.
6 lg. carrots, pared and cut into 2" pieces
3 lbs. stew beef
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
1 12 oz. bag frozen chopped onions
1 cup condensed beef broth
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large crock pot, layer potatoes, carrots, top with meat, seasonings and flour. Spread with chopped onions. Combine broth & tomato sauce and pour over top of meat/vegetable mixture. Cover & cook for 7-11 hours on low or high for 5 hours.
