1 cup water
1 lg. can tomato juice
1/4 cup wesson oil
4 cans tomato paste
Salt & pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves
1 small sweet onion, diced
1/4 cup Romano cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 bay leaves
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. each: garlic, celery, onion salt or powder
1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients, and bring to a boil, then simmer and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Stirring as needed to prevent burning.
