1, 3 oz. pkg. lime Jell-O
1 cup tiny marshmallows
1 cup 7-Up
2/3 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup shredded carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple – drained
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O and marshmallow in boiling 7-UP. Chill until slightly thickened. Add cabbage, carrots, pineapple, nuts and mayonnaise. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into a mold and chill until firm. Remove from mold and garnish with parsley and pineapple.
