4 lbs potatoes, cooked
4 eggs, hard boiled
2 cups mayonnaise
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
3 T salt
2 T sugar
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup sweet pickles or relish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a small bowl for dressing. Cut up the eggs and potatoes and put into a larger bowl. Add the celery, onion and pickles and mix. Add dressing and mix well.
