3 cups cooked chicken breast chunks
4 ounces rice stick noodles (or buy a 3 oz can of La Choy Rice Sticks)
1 small head romaine or iceberg lettuce – shredded
4 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. slivered onions, toasted
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 can mandarin oranges

Dressing:
2 T sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
½ cup oil
2 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp pepper
7 T rice vinegar (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare noodles as directed on package. Toss lettuce, chicken, onions, and oranges in a large bowl. Add noodles, almonds, seeds and dressing and toss. Serve immediately after you add the dressing.

This salad is great for a luncheon. You can fry up the rice sticks ahead of time.
