1, 8 oz. can tomato sauce
½ onion, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
Oregano
Italian seasoning
3 – 4 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup olive oil
1 small can mushrooms
½ to 1 cup red wine (Chianti)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and garlic in olive oil at medium temperature. Add other ingredients and finish with red wine, adding water lightly. Simmer. Serve over pasta.
