½ cup butter
1 pkg. Lipton Noodle Soup (no diced chicken)
2 ½ cups water
1 ¾ cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add only the noodles from the soup pack. Brown the noodles in the butter. Add water and broth from the soup and bring to a boil. Add rice and stir. Lower the temp to simmer and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.

This is one of the first dishes that I learned to make after I got married. It is easy to make and my grandchildren love it. Benjamin will eat 2 big bowls of it for dinner.
