8 potatoes, boiled whole with bay leaf until tender
3 green onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cup sour cream
1/3 cup butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp. salt
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and grate cooled potatoes. Melt butter with soup until smooth. Add 1 ½ cup of the cheese and stir until melted. Mix the potatoes and cheese sauce. Add the sour cream, onions and salt. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Then add ½ cup cheddar cheese with the bread crumbs on top. Bake until cheese is melted. It serves 6 – 8.
