1 - 8 ounce cream cheese
¼ pound unsalted butter (one stick)
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon oregano, minced or crushed, if dried
¼ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon basil
¼ marjoram
¼ teaspoon dill weed

Directions:

Soften both cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix in all ingredients.You may use fresh or dried herbs and adjust quantities to taste. Place in a small crock or interesting container. Let mellow at least overnight. It will keep several weeks in the frig.
