2/3 cup diced onion
2/3 cup diced celery
2 – 3 T salad oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
˝ soup can of milk
1 cup water
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup minute rice
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in oil. Add thawed broccoli and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Add soup, milk and water. Add rice and cheese. Bring to a boil; pour into a buttered casserole and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with paprika.
