½ cup ketchup
¼ cup water
2 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp celery seed
Hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, sugar, chili powder, salt, celery seed, hot pepper sauce to taste. Simmer uncovered, 10 minutes. Brush on chicken, ribs or meat during the last 10 minutes of grilling or broiling. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
