1 block Baker’s dark chocolate
1 block Baker’s white chocolate
1 box Snackwell’s mint cookies, crumbled
Directions:
Directions:
Cover cookie sheet with foil. Spray foil with Pam.
Melt the chocolate separately in the microwave. Sprinkle cookies, crumbled, onto foil. Pour on melted dark chocolate. Then pour on white chocolate. Swirl with knife. Yum!
