1-3/4 cups Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Apple or Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1/3 cup Apple Butter
1/3 cup chopped Pecans
2 Tbsp Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, spice and salt. Add egg, milk, and oil. Spoon 1 Tbsp mix into muffin tins. Top with apple butter (1 tsp in each). Then finish filling cups with batter. Mix pecans and sugar and sprinkle over batter.
