3/4 C. Shortening
1/2 C, White Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
2 Egg Yolks and Whites Seperated
1 T. Water
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C. FLour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Chocolate Chips

Mix shortening, white sugar, 1/2 c brown sugar, 2 egg yolks and water together. Add vanilla, flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Pack into greased 9x13 pan. Beat egg whites. Gradually add 1 c brown sugar. Stir in chocolate chips and spread on dough. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
