1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups diced peeled potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1 bag (1 lb.) frozen mixed vegetables
3 cups water
2 - 10 1/2 oz. cans condensed beef broth
1 - 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon Worcesterhire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in large saucepan or Dutch oven. Drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 18 to 20 minutes (or until vegetables are tender), stirring occasionally.
