Cornbread Dressing:
1 pan cornbread
4 slices of toasted bread
1 stalk celery (chopped)
3 large onions (chopped)
6 eggs
1/4 cup butter (melted)
salt
pepper
poultry season
apples cut up (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients and mix with 2 to 3 cans of chicken broth. Mixture should not be soupy.
Bake at 300º for 1 to 1/12 hours.

For the giblet gravy melt one stick of butter and add flour to make white sauce and add 1 can chicken broth, giblets from the turkey that have been boiled and 3 boiled eggs cut up.
