1 box yellow cake mix
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
¾ cup of oil (not olive)
¼ tsp nutmeg
¾ cup sherry – Gallo is fine

Glaze:
1/3 cup butter – melt and cool
2 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp grated lemon zest


Directions:

Combine all of the above ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 40 – 50 minutes.
