2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 T salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt, 1 ½ minutes with electric beater.
Add oil and beat ½ minute. Don’t over beat. Fill 6 to 8 popover cups or custard cups half full. Bake in a 475° oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes or until brown and firm.
