Graham cracker pie crust
2 (8 oz) pkg. of cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Large carton of sour cream
6 T sugar
¾ tsp vanilla

Directions:

Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, cream cheese and vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350° for 18 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Set oven at 475°. Mix the sour cream, 6 T sugar and vanilla. Pour over cheesecake. Bake 7 minutes. Cool and refrigerate 24 hours.
