2 eggs
1 cup sugar
¾ cup salad oil
2 small or 1 large jar of carrot baby food
1 ¼ cup flour
1 ½ tsp soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup nuts

Frosting:
1 ½ cup sifted powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
¼ cup softened margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs and sugar. Add oil and baby food; blend. Sift the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add to the egg mixture and mix together. Fold in nuts.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13 glass pan at 325° for 20 minutes.
Mix frosting ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth. Spread on cooled carrot cake. Cut cake into bars.
