2 cups all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cup oil
3 large eggs
3 T grated lemon peel
¾ cup chopped walnuts
¾ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350°. Butter and flour 2 loaf pans. Sift first 3 ingredients into small bowl. Combine sugar, oil, eggs and lemon peel in a large bowl. Beat egg mixture for 2 minutes with a mixer. Stir in nuts. Mix in dry ingredients then slowly add milk to batter. Divide between pans and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Glaze:
½ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup sugar

Stir juice and sugar and brush over cooked loaves and cool.
