1 Package Beef Stew Meat
1 Yellow Onion, Chopped
3 Carrots, Cleaned and Sliced
4 or 5 Medium Potatoes, Diced
2 Stalks of Celery, Thinly Sliced
1 Hand full of Fresh Green Beans, 2" Slices
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 Large Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Pkg of Knorr Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
1/2 Cup Red Wine(Melot or Favorite Flavor)
1 t Italian Seasoning
1 sprig of fresh Rosemary
1 T Garlic Pepper (optional)
1 t Dried Onion Flakes

Directions:
First add soup mixes to Crock Pot, add Wine or water, add spices, stir. Rinse meat off, put into Crock Pot, Clean and prepare vegetables, add to Crock Pot Put the lid on and cook slowly on medium all day (8- 5pm). See your crock instructions for the best settings.
