Meatballs:
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 c herbed bread stuffing
2 eggs
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 c evaporated milk
2 tsp salt

Sauce:
1/4 c butter
1/2 c chopped onions
2 tbsp flour
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 c hot water
2 c chopped green chili
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients together and make walnut sized meatballs. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375º for approximately 10-12 minutes. Place in crockpot or chaffing dish to keep warm. Sauté onions in butter until translucent; add flour and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly so the flour doesn't burn. Stir in tomatoes, hot water, green chili, garlic and salt. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs in serving dish and enjoy!
