1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. ground salted peanuts (use beer nuts or spanish with red skins)

Frosting:
1/3 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
3 T. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Almond extract (few drops)
Add 1/2 - 3/4 c. ground salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Gradually add egg, sugar, vanilla, flour, soda, buttermilk. Add peanuts last. Mix well. Place in 9x13 greased pan. Bake 350º 30-35 min.
