Unbaked deep dish pie shell
(cook 8-9 minutes)
2 or 3 fresh tomatoes sliced in bottom of cooled pie shell
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1/2 stick butter
3/4 C mayonnaise
1 C (or more) shredded cheese
Nature’s Seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Chop & sauté onions & green peppers in margarine. Remove from heat & sprinkle with Nature’s Seasoning. Pour mixture over tomatoes. Combine mayonnaise & cheddar cheese; spread over top & sprinkle w/ parmesan & Nature’s
Seasoning. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
