Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced onion
2 cups sliced celery
1 cup crushed or chunk pineapple, which you will need to drain and KEEP THE JUICE
1/2 sliced green pepper
sugar
white vinegar
2 Tbs. soy sauce
white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown enough pork tenderloin to feed your family. Add enough water to cover the meat, and bring to a boil. Pour meat and water into crock pot and cook until tender. When meat mixture is done, add the onion, celery, pineapple and green pepper. Measure the pineapple juice and pour it into a small pan. Add the same amount of sugar and the same amount of white vinegar to the pineapple juice (so if you get 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup white vinegar). Add 2 Tbs. soy sauce and heat until sugar is dissolved.

Add the juice mixture to the meat mixture and simmer until veggies are tender. Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch and water. If you want more soy sauce, feel free to season to taste. Serve with a side of white rice.
