1/2 pkg. white cake mix (follow directions by half)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 pkg. lemon pie filling (not instant, but the kind you have to cook)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake in an oblong 13x9 dripper pan and cool (generally 15-20 minutes or until light brown on top - crust will be really thin). Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Whip the whipping cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Prepare the pie filling and let cool. After cooling the cake and the lemon filling, spread cream cheese mixture on cake and then spread lemon pie filling on top. Keep cake refrigerated.

You can also use blueberries or fresh strawberries or raspberries or cherries - but the lemon is the best!
