3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12 soda crackers
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar and vanilla. Crush the soda crackers and fold into egg whites along with the baking powder. Add the nuts and mix together. Spread in a well greased large pie tin (or you can double the recipe and spread in a dripper pan and cut into squares for cookies)!

Preheat oven to 350º and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and then top with whipped cream. Keep refrigerated.
