1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 (30 oz) jar chunky garden-style spaghetti sauce w/mushrooms & peppers
1 (10-1/2 oz) can beef broth
2 cups water
1 cup sliced celery
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes & green chilies (Ro-Tel)
1 can white northern beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 shredded carrot
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef onion & garlic in a large Dutch oven/pot over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and return meat to pot. Add spaghetti sauce, broth, water, celery, sugar, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat & simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes, beans, carrot and cooked macaroni. Simmer about 10 minutes and serve.
