1 head lettuce, shredded 1can green peas, drained
1/2c. celery, chopped fine 1 pt. miracle whip
1/2c. green peppers, chopped 6oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2c. chopped onions 1c. bac-Os
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drain

Directions:

Layer in order. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Refrigerate
